Training Plan

If the project adopts a new technology, or if the business requirements need special type of development while implementing the project, the team should be trained according to the project’s needs. The training plan should include information about the type of training needed, who needs it, and the date of training. The training plan should be considered while planning for the project. A sample training plan may be as following:
